Daegu, South Korea: A bank-turned-museum, a rural cultural center

Address: 449 Jungang-daero, Jung-gu, Daegu
449
Facility: Museum
Features: Rural cultural relics
Rating: There is a museum converted from a bank, and traces of the vault can still be seen on the first floor. It mainly introduces farm work and rural trading activities in rural Korea. There are four floors in total, except for the top fourth floor which houses the library, reading space, and observation deck. The other three floors are all about introducing rural culture and guided tours. It’s like walking into another era.
