Seomun Market Gourmet Street [합천할매손칼국수]

I ate Kalguksu and Kaljebi (Kalguksu + Sujebi).

The soup is made with thickly-fried dried anchovies, without beef bones or seafood, and is unique to the Daegu region.

The combination of the handmade noodles, the sweetness of the vegetables, and the rich broth was very delicious.

The soup is warm, which is also a key point.

The condiments on the table are a must!

There are many popular Kalguksu restaurants in Seomun Market, so I would like to try other restaurants next time.
