My second stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Dalian felt like coming home.

Less than four months after my first visit, I returned to this wonderful property.

🏨 Hotel Environment:

This time I stayed in a luxurious ocean-view suite located at the northwest corner of the hotel. The living room faces north while the bedroom faces west, offering partial views of both the harbor and city. The suite's layout is exceptionally well-designed (see floor plan at the end) with a circular flow that creates perfect spatial proportions. The long corridor ensures excellent privacy and sound insulation. The guest bathroom is more spacious than typical hotel suites, and the soft furnishings are exquisite - I particularly loved the vintage clock and fresh floral arrangements.

❤ Why I Recommend:

I enjoyed a $100 in-room dining experience - the food was decent though not extraordinary. Returning to our room after outings, we always found it freshly cleaned with turndown service completed. They provided the latex pillow I requested, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The next morning's breakfast buffet offered made-to-order beef noodles (though chefs are usually reluctant to prepare them). The smoked salmon and freshly baked egg tarts were highlights. After breakfast, we enjoyed the pool and returned to find our room cleaned again. The service was impeccable - staff seemed omnipresent yet invisible. However, the buffet needs improvement - many online reviews criticize it, and I noticed significant decline in quality since opening and even from my last stay, especially at the 538 RMB price point. I hope to see genuine improvements.

🌟 Overall Experience:

A single day isn't enough to experience all the hotel's facilities, but the service was consistently outstanding. The guest experience team checked in at different times to ensure everything met our needs. Staff in elevators would recommend photo spots, and the fitness center receptionist addressed me by name - a touching detail. The concierge service has notably improved. This stay delivered a perfect experience that lived up to the Four Seasons promise, and I'll certainly return given the opportunity.
