The food and vendor situation during Autumn at the Arboretum is excellent and highly focused on seasonal flavors. They have numerous temporary stands offering everything from pumpkin spice lattes to incredible gourmet caramel apples and roasted corn. We found a fantastic spot selling locally sourced honey and preserves that made great souvenirs. The focus on local Texas vendors adds a genuine touch to the harvest festival vibe. While the lines for the main food service can get long during peak hours, the quality and variety of the specialty treats are well worth the wait.
