The Pumpkin Village at the Dallas Arboretum is not just a display; it's a transient work of architectural genius. Every year, the scale of the village is absolutely mind-blowing, featuring hundreds of thousands of pumpkins and gourds built into massive structures—like a miniature city made entirely of harvest bounty. This year’s theme was incredible, with towering houses and tunnels that kids (and adults!) could actually walk through. It's a testament to the creativity and sheer effort of the garden staff. Unlike other gardens that feature simple pumpkin stacks, Dallas creates entire worlds. You need at least an hour just to properly navigate the village and appreciate the intricate patterns and variety of gourds used. It truly sets the gold standard for large-scale fall decoration.
