【Fukuoka Sightseeing】The Hydrangea Festival at the Shrine You Want to See Again This Year

'Takamatsugu Kamado Shrine'

Located in Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture⛩
During a day of sightseeing in Dazaifu, I was able to visit the Hydrangea Festival for the first time.

Hydrangeas in various colors such as red, pink, purple, blue, and white are beautifully arranged in round shapes, and even the flower water basins are adorned with hydrangeas♡
They are displayed along the approach to the shrine and in the pond as well.

The colorful round hydrangeas are placed on the ground or hanging from above, making it enjoyable to walk around and admire them everywhere. They are truly adorable, and you could keep looking at them forever.

This shrine is located about 4 minutes by car from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine.

It is also known as a shrine for matchmaking.

I hope I can visit again this year (◦ˉ ˘ ˉ◦)♡
