India a huge diverse country with so many different regions and cultures to experience. One of the most visited places is the capital city of New Delhi.
Humayun’s Tomb is the tomb of a past emperor of the Mughal Empire. It was completed in 1557 and since 1993 it has been declared a world heritage site. It was one of the first tombs to use red sandstone, making all of the details stand out and look stunning.
There are other monuments and tombs within the complex and it’s a wonderful, peaceful place to talk a walk around.
