Flawless Stay at Raffles The Palm

I could not have had a more outstanding stay at Raffles The Palm; it was perfect from beginning to end! Having stayed in numerous hotels, this was certainly one of the most remarkable experiences I've had. The staff were truly incredible—warm, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests, even offering early check-in and handling an emergency luggage issue. Many thanks to Reuben, Rhea, and Tina for that. The service was genuinely extraordinary. The property and amenities themselves were top-notch. The spa is a beautiful refuge, and Moshin and Anna kindly fitted me into the schedule when I mixed up the time. Merisa also provided a superb spa treatment. The restaurant staff were equally excellent, especially Gita, Manisha, Sabir, and Saby, along with many others, who made sure I was well taken care of. Although I can't recall everyone I interacted with, each encounter was delightful. It was truly a one-of-a-kind and memorable experience, and I eagerly await my next visit. The management and owners should be very proud of the high standards set by their staff. Thank you!
