Our time at Raffles The Palm Dubai was absolutely perfect! Right from our arrival， the staff made us feel welcomed and attended to in every manner. Our warmest thanks to Karina， the front desk manager， who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She not only secured a complimentary room upgrade but also promptly handled all our requests， including early check-in and dining plans. Her professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out! The dining choices were fantastic—the food was delicious， especially the room service menu for burgers and at the pool bar! The breakfast buffet offered a good variety， though we wished for more freshly squeezed juice options. Our child had a delightful time at the kids' pool， which was extremely safe thanks to the attentive lifeguards who watched everything closely. We also loved the abundance of sun loungers， so securing a spot was never an issue. Another highlight was the skilled pianist in the lobby， whose beautiful music created a relaxing and elegant vibe each evening. Without a doubt， Raffles The Palm Dubai delivered a flawless family vacation， and we are certain to return. We stayed as a group of 8! Three types of accommodations were all perfect!
