El Nido in the Philippines is not just a name on a map for me.
Through four solo journeys, El Nido has become an inner landscape painted with majestic and mysterious nature.
From the moment I first set foot in El Nido, I was overwhelmed by the awe of a place where time seemed to have stopped in its primeval state.
The towering limestone cliffs, rising like a massive folding screen around the sea, and the jade-colored beaches and crystal-clear waters below were so breathtakingly beautiful that they made me forget all the worries of the world.
In the evenings, as the sun set and the sky turned crimson, the sight of small bancas swaying under the red-streaked sky felt like watching a serene lyrical poem.
Sitting alone amidst that scenery, listening to the sound of the waves, was a moment of solitude yet also the most fulfilling time.
Every time I explored the hidden lagoons of El Nido, I found myself breathless at the delicate beauty of nature.
The emerald waterways revealed after passing through narrow gorges felt like a gateway to an unknown world.
Paddling a kayak into those spaces, where even sunlight barely reached, was like entering a primordial realm, a separate universe created by schools of fish and coral reefs swimming in the transparent waters.
In that tranquility, I could fully listen to the voice within me and humbly reflect on myself in the face of nature's grandeur.
Four visits to El Nido, and every moment was a time entirely my own.
Sometimes I was moved to tears by overwhelming emotions, and other times I found peace in quiet solitude.
Just as the rugged rocks of El Nido were sculpted into majestic beauty by the waves over time, my solitary journeys also shaped and deepened my inner self.
Like the crimson sunset rising above the blue sea, El Nido has left an indelible, vivid mark on my soul.
This place is not just a resort but a cradle of nature for solitary souls and a blue song that reminds us of the meaning of life.

A resort I visited four times.
It brought back memories.
