Norway Hiking Guide

Top destinations in Norway to experience the breathtaking sights that attract visitors from all over the world 🌄

📍 Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock)
The hike takes about 2–3 hours one way. It's not too challenging but does require stamina. At the top, you'll find a sheer cliff overlooking the fjord and a sense of complete freedom. It's best to start in the morning to catch the mist and sunrise.

📍 Trolltunga (Troll's Tongue)
This is a true trek, taking about 10–12 hours round trip. The trail leads through rocks, streams, and snowy patches. At the top, you'll reach one of Norway's most iconic spots: the edge of a cliff over an abyss, where you feel like you're standing on the edge of the world.

🎒 What to bring:
– Comfortable trekking boots (you won't make it without them)
– Warm and waterproof clothing — the weather changes instantly
– Food and snacks (sandwiches, nuts, chocolate — you'll need lots of energy). We brought a portable stove and had buckwheat with tuna, which was incredibly delicious 🥹 (photo at the end)
– 1.5–2 liters of water
– Power bank and flashlight
– First aid kit and raincoat
– Trash bag — take everything you bring with you back down

💡 Tip:
Check the weather forecast in advance. Even in summer, it can be +5 °C with wind at the top. And there are no shops or cafes along the way, just you and nature.

(Save this so you don't lose it ❤️)
