The Garden Hotel: A popular hotel you can't miss when visiting Mount Fuji

When searching for hotels to check in at Mount Fuji, The Garden will definitely appear. Holiday rooms are even harder to find. I was very lucky on this birthday trip to Japan as it coincided with the opening fireworks festival at Kawaguchiko Mountain, and even the last room was booked!

The rooms we stayed in for both nights were on the first floor. They were completely white inside and out, with floor-to-ceiling windows and views. As soon as you opened the door, Mount Fuji appeared completely in front of you. The equipment is quite complete, with a microwave and a small kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The room is comfortable but the soundproofing is not very good.

Getting up early in the morning and sitting on the balcony to eat the breakfast I prepared, while watching the color of Mount Fuji gradually changing with the sunrise, is very romantic and comfortable.

As for the location of the hotel, it is not very convenient. It is quite a distance away from the main street and there are no street lights at night. The hotel has a parking lot, so it would be more convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel also provides bicycles for rent.

I will stay here again in winter next time. I heard that the view from the second floor is more beautiful and you can enjoy the snow-covered Mount Fuji!
