If you drive by yourself, just take the Chuo Expressway's Kawaguchiko IC Exit and drive toward Kawaguchiko for about 10 minutes.
You can also choose to take the bus, take the Lake Kawaguchi Tour Bus Red Line, get off at the Lake Kawaguchi Herb Museum (Lake Kawaguchi Herb Museum), and then walk to the fireworks display.
