Great Places to Enjoy Flowers at Lake Kawaguchi

Oishi Park is a great place to enjoy flowers at Lake Kawaguchi. Throughout the year, you can see different flowers and easily capture the flower fields, lakeside, and Mount Fuji🗻 in one shot.

Next to Oishi Park is the Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center, where you can buy various Mount Fuji souvenirs, including cookies, cups, bags, and hair accessories. Besides souvenirs, you can also buy soft serve ice cream. When I visited, there were 12 flavors available🍦, and I chose the Yamanashi Prefecture limited grape🍇 flavor. The second floor of the Living Center has a cafe that offers curry🍛 rice and cremeria ice cream, allowing you to dine while enjoying the view of Mount Fuji.

A bit further away, there are some boutique shops and cafes. We chose to dine at Brand New Day. Their pizzas are made to order and served hot. There are also many drink options, and we tried the Yamanashi Prefecture grape juice and peach🍑 juice. Some seats offer a view of Mount Fuji while dining.
