During my trip to Fukuoka, Japan, I was tired of the crowds and department stores,
but this place made me forget all about it all at once!!
I really recommend Hakozaki Shrine to those who hate crowds and want to feel the Japanese atmosphere :)
● I remember it took about 30 minutes from Tenjin Station to Hakozaki Shrine...? To be honest, there's nothing to see near the shrine and the accessibility is a bit ambiguous, so I don't think many people go thereㅜ I actually like itㅎㅎ It's not that far, so if you have time, I recommend going as your first schedule in the morning!!
●The weather was so nice!! Unlike other shrines, Hakozaki Shrine has a garden and is surprisingly spacious and comfortable, but it's well-decoratedㅎㅎ It's actually famous as one of the three major shrines in Japan? I think I understand why?! It was a little disappointing that there was a part under construction, but it was still so beautiful.
●After you've walked around and seen the shrine, there's a large-scale Aeon Mall nearby! There's a lot to eat here and the prices are cheap, so it's good to buy a few things to eat as snacks. If you walk a little further, there's the ocean, but that's up to your personal choice~!
