Cherry Blossom Season - Driving Tour in Fukuoka

This trip happened to happen to be the time of full blooming cherry blossoms, the ticket did not seem to sky-high price, so immediately decided to leave a week later.

This cherry blossom season, I visited Fukuoka's **Uinakado Park** and **Maizuru Park**, the two flower viewing experiences are completely different.

The **pink butterfly flower sea** in Uinaka-do Park is in full bloom. The blue and white flower fields match the spring breeze, and the scenery is pleasant, perfect for walking and taking pictures. However, the flowers are not the brightest, slightly not shocking enough.

In comparison, the cherry blossoms at **Maizuru Park** are even more stunning! Chibon cherry blossoms bloom along the city track, the sky full of pink flowers and ancient stone walls complement each other, the sense of history and the beauty of nature blend, it's really "eyesight"! Especially after the night cherry blossoms are lit, the romance level is bursting, it is definitely the first choice for Fukuoka cherry blossom viewing.

If I had to choose one, I would not hesitate to recommend Maizuru Park – the cherry blossoms are superior in scale and atmosphere, no wonder it’s crowded with tourists every year. Must visit again during cherry blossom season next year!
