[Kushida Shrine, Hakata, Fukuoka Prefecture🇯🇵] Visit Kushida Shrine, the guardian deity of Hakata☺️

#Spring0yentrip

I went to Kushida Shrine in Hakata, Fukuoka Prefecture☺️

It is said to be the main guardian deity of Hakata, and has the longest history as the main deity of Hakata.

It enshrines the three gods Amaterasu Omikami (Ojingu), Owatanushi no Okami (Kushidagu), and Susanoo no Mikoto (Giongu).

The shrine was very lively, and weddings were also held there.

Kushida Shrine is also famous as the shrine where the Hakata Gion Yamakasa, a summer festival that represents Hakata, is dedicated☺️

It is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and is a shrine that brings good fortune in matchmaking, business prosperity, marital harmony, and eternal youth and longevity.

Please come and visit☺️
