Here, the chefs prepare everything right in front of you, starting from making the broth✨️

The broth is made from bonito, pork bones, chicken white broth, and beef bone white soup.
It comes with 3 types of sauces and 6 kinds of condiments.
The meat is A5-grade Matsusaka beef.

Simply sit back and savor the meat served by the chef—a moment of pure bliss… (◦ˉ ˘ ˉ◦)✨️

The finishing dish, Inaniwa udon, is cooked in the broth and soup infused with the meat's rich flavor…

The dessert was also exceptional🍓

I thought the portion might not be enough, but I ended up feeling quite full!
