Specializing in mentaiko (mentaiko roe wrapped in kombu), served over rice with a special sauce.
The "Han Men Sui" set menu (mentaiko + mentaiko soup + full meal) is delicious and highly recommended.
They also have "mentai-nikomi tsukemen" (simmered mentaiko soup) — a signature dish unlike any other mentaiko restaurant.
Open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. We arrived a little after 7:00 AM so we didn't have to wait long. #FukuokaTravel
