Tomonoura "Hiroshima Prefecture"

It's like a compact, calm version of Onomichi. Personally, I was able to sightsee at a slower pace than Onomichi, and it was fun walking through the historic streets.
As it was once home to Yoshiaki Ashikaga and aristocrats of the Muromachi Shogunate, you can enjoy quaint buildings and beautiful scenery. In recent years, Hayao Miyazaki also stayed here.
There were also stylish restaurants and cafes near the port.
