Jiangxi's hidden gem, I want to recommend it to everyone.

Guys, don't just focus on Wuyuan and Jingdezhen when traveling to Jiangxi! Today, I'm going to share with you a hidden gem that only locals know - Fuzhou. 😎

The charm of Fuzhou lies not only in its small population and easy access, but also in its profound cultural heritage. It is the hometown of countless Tang and Song Dynasty scholars, including Wang Anshi, Tang Xianzu, Zeng Gong, Yan Zi, and Yan Jidao! With 7 prime ministers and over 3,000 Jinshi (successful candidates in the imperial examinations), Fuzhou is undoubtedly the "hometown of talented people"! 💯

🚶Must-visit attractions in Fuzhou:
1️⃣ Wenchangli: One of the largest historical and cultural districts in Jiangxi, preserving ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, such as Yulong Wanshou Palace. There is also a large-scale live performance of "Dream of the Peony Pavilion", making Wenchangli a must-visit place in Fuzhou. 🌉
2️⃣ Zhengjue Ancient Temple: One of the most beautiful temples I have ever visited, built in the Tang Dynasty. The pagoda in the temple is very eye-catching, like a landmark of Wenchangli, and the night view is even more stunning. 🌕
3️⃣ Dajueshan: Dajueshan not only has the "Dajueshan Rafting", the first rafting in Asia, but also the cable car is a must-see. The second half of the 1368-meter cable car offers a breathtaking view of the Dajueshan Goddess Statue. The Dajueshan Rock Temple under the cliffs is also very distinctive. 📿(🎫:140 r, including entrance ticket ➕ sightseeing bus ➕ cable car)
4️⃣ St. Joseph's Cathedral: A very beautiful church, also the third largest Catholic church in China, stunningly lit up at night. ⛪️
5️⃣ Wang Anshi Memorial Hall: A must-visit place to learn about Wang Anshi, the first of the Eight Great Masters of the Tang and Song Dynasties, and to experience his life's ups and downs and ambitions. The Song Dynasty garden-style architecture and lotus flowers are also very charming. 🪷
6️⃣ Tang Xianzu Memorial Hall: Tang Xianzu's "Four Dreams of Linchuan" shaped the temperament and core of Fuzhou. Revisit the romantic and timeless "Peony Pavilion", and you will have a different understanding of this Ming Dynasty playwright.
7️⃣ Niyandai: One of the landmark buildings in Fuzhou, Lu You climbed it many times, and Zeng Gong also wrote "Niyandai Ji". Here you can overlook the whole city of Fuzhou. ☁️

🚗 Fuzhou 2-day 1-night itinerary:
🟡 Day 1: Wang Anshi Memorial Hall → Tang Xianzu Memorial Hall → Niyandai → Zhengjue Ancient Temple → Wenchangli → St. Joseph's Cathedral.
🟡 Day 2: Dajueshan: Dajueshan Ancient Town → Dajueshan Goddess Viewing Platform → Dajueshan Rock Temple → Nantianmen.

🏨 Accommodation & Food Recommendations:
You can take the high-speed rail to "Fuzhou Station" to get to Fuzhou. It is recommended to stay near Wenchangli, which is the most convenient for transportation. Local specialties include Fuzhou Paofen, Linchuan Niuza, Linchuan Lotus Root, Lotus Root Candy, etc., each bite is unforgettable. 😋

Fuzhou, this low-key historical city, is really worth a visit. Add it to your travel list now! 💕
