As a Busan resident, when it comes to winter seas, Gangneung is the place to go! The most important thing that sets it apart from Busan is that you can see the sea and snow together. The snow piled up on the beach and the vast sea beyond have a distinctly different charm from the sea I’ve seen in Busan.👍
