It is an observatory located along National Highway 44 from Inje-eup to the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway. Although it is a public facility, there is an indoor observatory cafe on the 2nd floor, an open observation deck on the 3rd floor, and a photo spot above. Hot sun and cool wind. The reflection of Yunseul in the water is such a peaceful resting place. The view from the second floor is a million times better than most coffee shops with a view!
