JOJA bagels is hands down the best bagels in Penang in my opinion. It is a cute little spot in Georgetown that has long queue starred as early as 9 plus in the morning. I could understand what’s the hype because this is the place where you can get quality bagels for an affordable price! They were very generous with the fillings of the bagels. Texture of bagels has a good balance of fluffiness and chewiness!
