Kanada-Ya at Central@Gurney (G Hotel / Gurney Plaza area) is the kind of ramen spot that blends reliable Japanese craftsmanship with a shopping mall vibe—familiar, comfortable, but with its moments of shine. 

From the décor and layout, it leans toward casual modern: simple furnishings, clean lines, a mix of indoor and some semi-open/al fresco spots.It feels inviting and comforting after a day of shopping or when you just want a hearty bowl of noodles. 

The ramen holds the reputation it’s built on: the tonkotsu broth is rich and creamy, slow-cooked for around 18 hours to draw out deep pork bone flavour.  Among the standout bowls are the signature Truffle Ramen (limited per day) and variations like Spicy Yuzu and black garlic.
