Exceptional Family-Friendly Service at LUX* Grand Gaube

We've just returned from an unforgettable two-week stay at LUX* Grand Gaube in Mauritius， and the service was the best we've ever had， even compared to other five-star venues. Each staff member truly excelled， from the gardeners to the reception， restaurant， housekeeping， and sports teams. Everyone was welcoming， professional， and truly kind. We traveled with our 18-month-old， and the resort was extremely child-friendly. Though he couldn't stay in the kids’ club by himself， we visited daily， and Deepa made him feel welcome and included in the games as we stayed with him—an experience that made a significant impact. The food was superb， with ample variety and excellent quality. The entire resort was immaculate and well-kept. Shehbiir cleaned our room perfectly， always aligning his visits with our son's nap times without being asked， and crafted charming towel animals for him. We remembered many staff members by name because they made our vacation so special: Mariam， the General Manager， ensured each guest felt valued. Sandeep at reception was wonderful with our son. Adrian from the sports team played with him daily. Deepa at the kids’ club was welcoming and kind. Anjanam from Bodrum Blue provided many warm cuddles to our son. Veemal and Nuund at Rouge Beach Club made lunches delightful. Viresh tirelessly kept everyone hydrated in the heat at the beach. Ashwin made every dinner special， remembering our wine preferences. Shehbiir kept our room pristine， always working around our schedule. We're already planning our return. Highly recommend for families.
