Exceptional Stay at LUX Grand Gaube

We had the pleasure of enjoying LUX Grand Gaube in Mauritius last December， and our experience was truly remarkable. From the booking process to our arrival and the entirety of our stay， everything was managed with care and professionalism. The resort is stunning， offering a beautiful setting and spotless cleanliness throughout. We chose to upgrade to a LUX Suite on the first floor， which provided amazing views and was ideal for our stay. The hotel's facilities were excellent， providing everything needed for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. One of the memorable experiences was the “JunkArt Studio”， where we crafted unique artwork using recycled materials. It was a creatively interactive activity， and we appreciated having a personalized piece of memorabilia to take home. The hotel’s dining options were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed Palm Court， which presented a diverse selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner， catering to everyone's taste. A special shoutout to Executive Chef David Miras， whose management of the impressive variety of offerings with efficiency and attention to detail was greatly appreciated during our stay. The café was delightful in the afternoons， offering great choices from the bar menu， including healthy options we truly appreciated. Our meals at Bodrum and Beach Rouge were thoroughly enjoyable， both offering fantastic cuisine and a great vibe. A note on the Creole Smokehouse—the food was excellent， though the presence of insects slightly impacted the experience. Nevertheless， the food quality and service were excellent overall. The service at LUX Grand Gaube was remarkable， with staff who were attentive， kind， and always eager to assist. Their professionalism and dedication to our comfort were evident. I would especially like to thank Chef Tesigen Ramen， who went the extra mile to provide personalized meals that greatly enhanced our stay. His kindness， thoughtfulness， and amazing attention to detail left a lasting impression on us， and we are very thankful for his efforts in ensuring our comfort. A special thank you also to Nurse Sarista， whose swift response and follow-up care were amazing. Her professionalism and kindness made us feel well supported， and we are grateful for her efforts. Another thank you to Nurse Chavvi， who was consistently kind and helpful， making sure we had everything we needed with a warm and caring attitude. Throughout our stay， the staff's attentiveness and discretion were impressive， ensuring we were always looked after. Their genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness truly made our experience unforgettable. Reflecting on our stay， we might skip the all-inclusive package next time， as we didn't fully utilize it—especially since we're not big drinkers. In retrospect， choosing the meal plan only and paying for drinks separately might have suited us better. We would definitely return! We enjoyed a wonderful holiday and highly recommend LUX Grand Gaube for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Mauritius. The combination of stunning surroundings， excellent facilities， and outstanding service makes it a place we'd love to revisit in the future.
