Perfect 12 days in paradise! Friendly staff, well-kept resort facilities, and outstanding daily children's activities through the fantastic team at the kids club, plus excellent food options. The best part was the natural hospitality and service provided by the entire team—nothing felt forced, just genuinely friendly people taking care of their guests. Special thanks to Yosra (our daughter's best friend), Villasen for the daily pool service, Akshay for always making us feel special at every restaurant, and finally, Giany, the resort manager, for his insights and ensuring we could watch the rugby in the cinema!
