ANA InterContinental Appi Kogen Resort/Iwate Prefecture

During our stay at the ANA InterContinental Appi Kogen Resort, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant 🍽️

We dined at the innovative local cuisine dining "Shiratsuyu" 🐇, which blends traditional Japanese dishes with Western flavors.

We shared three dishes: a selection of five types of sashimi, today's special sea urchin pasta, and charcoal-grilled Hinai chicken. Every dish was incredibly delicious 🥹🫶

The presentation and plating were stunning, and even the accompanying bread was of exceptional quality 🫢

If you stay here, you absolutely must try it 😆🍴
