The clock tower has a long history. It was originally built for foreign trade and has become the most important landmark and symbolic building in Haikou. The tower is 28 meters high and has six floors. It is made of steel and concrete and looks magnificent. The clock is a Shanghai 555 electronic clock. The hour hand is 0.53 meters long and the minute hand is 1 meter long. The clock chimes every 30 minutes and plays electronic music through four loudspeakers. 😊💕
