This is a cafe I visited during my trip to Fukuoka. It’s located on the 5th floor of a hostel.

- White Peach Earl Grey Marinated
- Hazelnut Caramelized
- Ruby Chocolate Raspberry Ganache
- Ceylon Tea and Mascarpone
- Peach Puree and Vanilla Ice Cream
- Lemon Verbena and Basil Crumble
- Lychee Panna Cotta
- Rosehip and Lemon Jelly
- Peach and Tonka Bean White Wine Compote

The parfait is incredibly luxurious! The white peach is juicy and sweet, and the lychee panna cotta is delightfully soft and wobbly.

My favorite is the mascarpone cream with Ceylon tea. The aroma that lingers is absolutely amazing♡

And towards the end, there’s chewy shiratama made with my beloved coconut, which has an incredible texture!
