Japan's representative Mt. Fuji and longevity eggs🥚🍳

#February travel support event

📌 Owakudani Observatory 展望台(大涌谷)

📍 Sengokuhara, Hakone, Ashigarashimo District,
Kanagawa 250-0631 Japan

An observatory in Hakonemachi! It's famous for its black eggs made from an active volcano! It's said that if you eat one of these eggs, you'll live 7 years longer, so I ate two of them lol

We moved by cable car, and it was really amazing to see smoke rising from the middle of the mountainside. As soon as I got off the cable car, I could smell something like gunpowder or sulfur! Fortunately, it was a nice day, so I could see Mt. Fuji clearly, and I bought eggs to eat while looking around, so it was really scary, but I was surprised by its grandeur once again.

It was a part where I could understand why so many tourists came to see it! The taste of the eggs didn't seem to be much different, but somehow the yolk lacked its unique sweetness, so it tasted like salt!
It was a very healthy taste.. It was really surprising that the egg shell was black. There were also many shops where you could buy various gifts inside the place where you could buy eggs, so I recommend you stop by.
