From the moment we arrived at Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu, we were blown away by the refined beauty of the property and the exceptional hospitality from every staff member. Every corner of the hotel—from the architecture to the decor—felt thoughtful and serene.

We stayed in a room with a private open-air onsen bath, which meant we could enjoy hot spring bliss whenever we liked. Morning, evening, under the stars—each soak felt like pure luxury.
