When you go to Hamamatsu, you should definitely eat eel before you go home!
This time, I went to eat Hitsumabushi✨
There are so many eel restaurants that you don't know which one is best.
If that's the case, be sure to visit "Hitsumabushi Choraku"!
[Recommended points]
1. Hitsumabushi made with carefully selected eel grilled in the Kansai style!
→The Kansai style is grilled without steaming, so the meat is fluffy and the skin is crispy, with a great texture!
2. The rice container is golden✨Looks great in photos and videos✨
→You can enjoy a special experience with the rice container that you won't find in other stores
3. They use a thick sauce made for Hitsumabushi, so the flavor doesn't get diluted even when you pour on the broth!
→Even when you pour on the broth, the flavor still comes through and it was delicious!
[How to eat delicious Hitsumabushi]
First serving: Serve from the rice bowl and enjoy the taste of the eel as is
Second serving: Add condiments and enjoy the aroma
Third serving: Enjoy the smoothness of the ochazuke with dashi poured over it
Fourth serving: Finally, eat it the way you like best
I found it most delicious when I poured dashi over it!
