The working day is truly wonderful - the aquarium isn't crowded.
Most visitors are children on summer vacation. They aren't as "unruly" as you might imagine. Their parents keep them in check, and the kids are just there to look, not to check in or take photos. If you want to take photos, just wait a little while and they'll move on.

Suggested performance route:
1⃣️Walrus Show (10:00), walk through the Qiantang River area to the Walrus Theater. Seats in the middle of rows five and back are recommended.
2⃣️Whale Wonder Journey Show (10:40), after the Walrus Show, walk directly to the second floor of the Beluga Whale Pavilion. It's quite convenient. You might have to wait a while for the sightseeing bus at the entrance of the Dream Jellyfish exhibit. The middle seats in the back rows offer a better view, and children won't have their view blocked by the railings.
3⃣️Love of Whales and Humans Show (11:10), on the first floor of the Beluga Whale Pavilion. This is my favorite show. Seats in the middle of the first row are recommended!
4⃣️Sea Lion Show (11:40), the Sea Lion Pavilion is opposite the Beluga Whale Pavilion. After the show, you can have lunch. Seats in the middle of around the tenth row are recommended.
5⃣️Dolphin Show (13:30) is on the third floor of the Rainforest Dolphin Bay. You can sit behind the middle railing, and children can see the whole show through the gaps. You can visit the first and second floors, where you can see arctic wolves, sea turtles, sharks, manta rays, and an underwater tunnel. This is the pavilion where I spent the most time.
Show times are subject to change. You can confirm the schedule on the official WeChat account on the day of your visit. The map is on page 10.
You can also choose to visit the brown bear, polar bear, penguin, seal, and otter pavilions, as well as the Dream Jellyfish exhibit.

✔️Visiting Order
Try to arrive before the shows start. The times are subject to the official announcement on the day of your visit. Working days and weekends are different. The times below are for reference only.
▶️Arrive at the Changqiao parking lot at 9:30 to see the 9:50 Walrus Show.
▶️Return to Mermaid Square and take the free shuttle bus, which runs every 10 minutes.
▶️Arrive at the Beluga Whale Pavilion to see the 10:30 and 10:55 shows (on two floors of the same building).
▶️After the show, the staff at the entrance will direct you to the Sea Lion Kung Fu Show at 11:20, which is just opposite.
▶️See the 12:00 Dolphin Show. After the show, you can stroll through the Dolphin Pavilion, where there are sharks, sea turtles, and other marine animals, as well as a photogenic underwater tunnel.
▶️Have lunch at the Beluga Restaurant at 13:00 while watching the beluga whales.
▶️Then slowly stroll back along the path.
