Pine Cloud house and garden - off the beaten track in Hangzhou

Tucked away behind the West Lake is the Pine Cloud House and Garden, built by the famous Chinese wuxia writer Jin Yong and donated to the Hangzhou people. It’s a beautiful Classical Chinese garden, with a pond, classic walkways and beautiful vegetation all year around. I highly recommend visiting, and then taking a hike after in the surrounding tea fields.
