A world of gold𓂃

The metasequoia trees at Tove Jansson Akebono Children's Forest Park in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, were in full bloom𓂃

I've been to this place a few times, but this is the first time I've seen such beautiful autumn leaves.

It's lovely when it's green, but the golden color is also special♡

By the way, the Japanese name for metasequoia is "akebonosugi"

It's a plant that appeared in the Late Cretaceous Period of the Mesozoic Era (about 99 million years ago) and is said to be a living fossil🌲
It's amazing🥹

I went there around 12 o'clock that day, and the sunlight was nice𓂃
It seems like it's peak now, so maybe until this weekend🤔

There were reports of bear sightings last year, but it seems like there are no bears this year🧸

A park where you can feel the Nordic forest is free

By train, it's about a 15-minute walk from "Motokaji Station" on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line🚶
The parking lot is free, so it's convenient to go by car🚗

There are so many wonderful spots in Saitama, so I'll introduce them again𓂃
