Just returned from a 6-day, 5-night stay at Oakwood Residence Hanoi, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It truly felt like a home away from home and served as the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and cold towel—a small but much-appreciated gesture on a hot summer day. Check-in was smooth, and in no time, we were settling into our beautifully appointed room.

🛏️ The Room:

Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Our room featured:
• A comfortable king-sized bed with four large pillows
• Generous wardrobe space for unpacking and settling in
• A balcony, bathtub, and even a washing area
• A fully equipped pantry with a microwave, utensils, and cutlery
• A Nespresso machine for our daily coffee fix — a fantastic touch!

🏋️♀️ Facilities & Location:

The rooftop gym and swimming pool offer stunning views and are well-maintained with modern, clean equipment. Whether you’re into fitness or just want to unwind, these spaces are perfect.

The front desk and doormen were top-notch—always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with transport, especially when Grab bookings were tricky. We were greeted warmly every time we entered or exited the property.

🍜 Convenience:

There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and getting to Hanoi’s Old Quarter took just 15–20 minutes by taxi. The location offers a nice balance between quiet comfort and city accessibility.

Oakwood Residence Hanoi impressed us with its outstanding hospitality, clean and fully equipped rooms, and prime location. It’s perfect for both short and extended stays. We left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and eager to return.
