As one of the traditional five-star hotels under Marriott, Sheraton Jinan Hotel has an old money feel. The high ceiling in the lobby and the gold color scheme give it a grand feel.
1. Location: Sheraton Jinan Hotel is located in the east of Jinan, near the Olympic Sports Center and close to Jinan CBD. It is a blessing for those who want to watch concerts or ball games, as you can reach the Olympic Sports Center as soon as you leave the hotel. It is a certain distance from the major attractions in Jinan, such as Baotu Spring and Daming Lake, which are about a 25-minute drive away. However, it is very close to the Provincial Museum and the Provincial Art Museum, which is very convenient. Nearby large shopping malls include MixC and RT-Mart, which offer a one-stop shop for food, drink, and entertainment. Taxi fares start at the base fare.

2. Facilities: The facilities are not much different from other hotels, but Sheraton has an outdoor swimming pool, which is not available in other five-star hotels in Jinan. It is a good choice in the hot summer. The rooms are also very large, including the most basic room type, and all are equipped with bathtubs. However, the view from the high floors is better, and you can enjoy the Olympic Sports Center light show at night (if you are facing north).
3. Bedding: Standard, no faults, and the pillow height is just right for me.
4. Food: Here I will only talk about breakfast and the lounge. The breakfast is basically qualified, with no outstanding features. The braised pork is okay, and the lounge is okay. There are more seats, so you won't have to pack like in some hotels.
