Winter Wonderland in Harbin, China

The Ice and Snow World in Harbin is a winter paradise, that makes you feel like a kid again. Or a character in the movie Frozen. It is truly a magical place.
Each year, talented artists carve and build unique sculptures, statues and buildings according to a new theme. This year, the theme is the Beijing Olympics. It is spectacular.
For the people who like a slight adrenaline rush, there is a long ice slide (free of charge) that you can enjoy.
The park is located on the outskirts of Harbin, and can be reached via taxi, or subway (there is a subway stop right next to the park).
Entrance fees are 230¥ per person (totally worth it), and you can spend as as much time there as you'd like. There are some food stands and a coffee shop inside, so you never have to leave the park. (Except at closing time🥲)
In the winter, the sun sets at about 4:30 in Harbin. When going to this park, I would advise to plan the trip so you can see the park during the day time, as well as at night. The park transforms completely when the sun sets.
I hope others who visit this park will enjoy it as much as I did.
