Getting There - Metro line 2, Ice and snow world station, exit 4
Attractions - Plan your trip so you can visit it during the day but also be there after a sunset so you can see lights. You can play here: bob slide, ice skating...
Food & Restaurants - Inside you have a coffee shop and couple of restaurants ( not western style).

It's really cold so don't forget mittens, warm boots and clothes.
In my opinion this place is MUST VISIT in China.
