Songhua River Bridge

The Songhuangjiang Bridge of the Binzhou Railway was completed and opened to traffic in 1901. It is the first railway bridge on the Songhua River and the first bridge across the river in Harbin. Locals call it the Old River Bridge. In 2015, the Harbin-Qiqihar High-Speed ​​Railway was put into operation, and the new Songhua River Bridge of the High-Speed ​​Railway is located next to the Old River Bridge. The bullet train crosses the Songhua River Bridge. Today, the old and new railway bridges stand side by side. The Old River Bridge, which has undergone centuries of historical changes, will continue to be a witness to the growth of generations of Harbin residents.
