A new King of Claypot in Greenway Food Station

We were in Greenway Night Market in Hatyai recently and came across this new shop called King of Claypot that specializes in Hong Kong Claypot Rice using recipes that date back 20-plus years

Here, they do offer 6 types of toppings, chicken and mushroom, beef brisket, and the 4 hidden treasures that we ordered, and they also have black bean pork ribs, minced pork and eggplant, and 3 preserved meat and they do offer some add ons too.

The cool part about this outlet is that they have the cooking part to be half automated, and the standardization of the good is good.

I felt their claypot rice is good. The mushroom and chicken, I felt, could use some added sausage for sweetness. The beef brisket is unique, and their best is their 4 hidden treasures, a nice combination of chicken, bacon, sausage, and pork ribs.
