This hotel uses top-quality materials and décor. The rooms are clean and the bedding is incredibly comfortable.
The staff are also well-trained. This time, I met "Talay," who took such great care of me like a personal butler, from introducing me to the various facilities. Even when we came down for breakfast, he guided me to the dining room. Most importantly, he remembers customers' names, even better than any five-star hotel staff. The only downside to this hotel is its location, which is a bit hidden and difficult to find without GPS. What I'd like to see improved is the work area. The desk and lighting aren't ideal.
