⭐Every year I come to Ulanbutong Keshiketeng Banner in summer, this time I want to see the autumn scenery. Before I came here, I saw many people saying that it was too cold during the National Day holiday and the leaves had all fallen off and the scenery was not beautiful anymore. After much hesitation, I finally came.
It was already dark when we arrived at the grassland on the first day, and we didn't see anything.
The next day, I left the hotel with a nervous mood. Because I have been to the scenic spots several times, this time I went to a place with fewer people. The scenery seemed ordinary at first, but after I turned a few corners, it appeared before my eyes like a colorful painting. It is a paradise for photography enthusiasts and travelers.

The autumn in Ulanbutong usually starts from mid-September and lasts until mid-October. During this period, the leaves gradually turn yellow and red, and the grassland slowly turns golden yellow.

▼2. Transportation
1. Self-driving: Self-driving is highly recommended. I didn't take the highway this time because of the traffic jam. The whole journey is about 400 kilometers and the driving time is about 6 hours.

3. Recommended attractions
1. Jiangjun Paozi: One of the iconic attractions of Ulan Butong.
2. Colorful Mountain: The colorful mountain in autumn is like a palette, very beautiful. (There are so many people, there will be traffic jams)
3. Hamaba: There are primitive villages, winding rivers and colorful trees here.
4. Princess Lake: A trail around the lake was being built when we went there, so we can walk around it in the future.
5. Hengli Mountain Scenic Area: The filming location of Wolf Totem. The mountain is relatively high and the scenery is beautiful when you stand high up.
