Central Japan｜Hida Takayama Old Street, you'll fall in love with it after visiting it once

Many areas in central Japan have become increasingly popular in recent years, and one of my favorite places is the Hida area, the heart of Gifu Takayama City.
From Nagoya, the journey to Takayama by express train takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Rather than a day trip, it is recommended to plan a 3-day, 2-night stay so that you can experience the charm of the mountains and take it slow all at once.

When you arrive at Takayama Station, you will immediately arrive at the Hida Takayama Old Street, which is not far from the station.
Here, you can feel the strong traditional culture and historical atmosphere.
Local snacks and souvenirs are sold on both sides of the street. Among them, the must-try is "Hida beef", the quality of the meat is unforgettable!
What attracted me most was the tea shop built in an old house. The architecture and menu combined Western elements, making it seem like a journey through time and space.
