📝 Personal experience

When I first set foot on Hida Takayama, it was like traveling back in time to Japan during the Edo period. The quaint streets and traditional machiya buildings make people immersed in the rich historical atmosphere. Stroll through the old streets of Takayama, taste the local Hida beef sushi and Takayama ramen, and feel the happiness on your tongue. The Miyagawa Morning Market is bustling in the early morning, with a wide variety of fresh agricultural products and handicrafts that will make you linger. At night, check into a hot spring hotel, relax in the hot springs, and admire the starry sky to put a perfect end to the day's journey.
