Lovely Dinner Place with Homey Food in Saigon✨

For my second dinner in Ho Chi Minh city, we have went to this Traditional Vietnamese Cuisine, called 📍Cuc Gach Quan restaurant. I was totally in love with the surrounding at the first sight 😍 Garden surrounded by leaves and flowers ✨ Old fashioned indoor with antique furniture just like grandma’s house 🥺

They have a very thick menu with all their own recipes home dishes ✨ and we have ordered these ⬇️

💛 Fried Seabass with passion fruit sauce (8/10)
Deep fried crispy seabass cube with sweet and sour passion fruit sauce and it was absolutely appetising 💯

💛 Fried homemade tofu with lemongrass and chilli (8/10)
They chopped the lemongrass and chilli into very thin shreds and dried it with tofu, very aromatic and taste so good!

💛 Shrimp Fresh Spring Roll (6.5/10)
This was quite ordinary, the difference was they put chive and the taste was quite strong

💛 Stir Fried Morning Glory (6.5/10)
They used the simplest and less seasoning way to cook this vegetable and it was still quite raw and abit bitter

💛 Egg Fried Rice (7/10)
Surprisingly, they used multi grains rice to cook this fried rice. Very nutritious and grainy texture 😋

We’ve also had ordered three fresh drinks which were coconut juice, apple juice and star fruit juice and they were very refreshing as well ✨

I really like the ambience and environment here and it gave me a unique and lovely travel memory in Ho Chi Minh 💖
