Aesthetically pleasing cafe!

Every corner of this place is aesthetically pleasing and makes a great photo spot. Building is really old and there is a fee for using the lift. Suggest to use the stairs instead to discover what each floor has for you.The items are quite expensive. I paid VDN 120,000 for a matcha.
