Autumn in Hokkaido: Onsen Nights & Legendary Burgers

📍Hokkaido, Japan — where crisp air, golden leaves, and warm baths come together 🍂✨♨️

We started our autumn journey near Shakotan, driving through winding coastal roads surrounded by fiery red and golden forests 🍁🚗
The whole region felt calm and cinematic — every turn looked like a postcard.

One of the highlights? A stop in Hakodate to try the famous local burger chain Lucky Pierrot 🍔🎪
I ordered their legendary Chinese Chicken Burger, and wow — sweet-spicy sauce, crispy juicy chicken, and soft buns made it an unforgettable bite. The funky decor inside the shop was like stepping into a retro circus! You can’t find this burger anywhere else in Japan.

Later, we visited a serene onsen mountain, where steam rose from rocky slopes and everything felt peaceful 🌫️🧖♂️
We stayed at a cozy onsen hotel, soaked in the hot baths under chilly autumn skies, and ended the day feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hokkaido in fall is a journey for the senses — the crunch of leaves, the taste of something special, and the warmth of tradition.
